Position Summary

We areseekinga highly skilled and motivated Senior Software Engineer to join the engineering team working on the OPSWATNetwallproduct line. This role is crucial for developing andoptimizinghigh-performance, secure networking applications in both Windows and Linux environments. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with C++ and C# and a deep understanding of TCP/IP protocols to enhance the functionality and security of ourunidirectional gateways and diodes.

What You Will be Doing

Understand and align with the overall product vision and goals.
Design, implement, andmaintainrobust, scalable software components for theNetwallproduct line using modern C++ and C# on Windows and Linux platforms
Leverage deep knowledge of the TCP/IP stack and general networking fundamentals to developandmaintainunidirectional TCP/IPproxy software.
Engage in system-level programming, including multi-threading, inter-process communication, and performance optimization on Linux systems.
Demonstrate strong ownership and commitment to meeting project timelines

What We Need from You

Bachelor's or higher degree in Computer Science or related fields.
Minimum of 6+ years of enterprise software development experience using C++ and C#, with a strongtrack recordof delivering production-quality software
Hands-on experience with both Windows and Linux system development.
Expertisein multi-threaded programming, memory management, and object-oriented design principles
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with local and remote teams.

It Would be Nice if You Had

Knowledge ofindustrial automationandOT protocols such asOPC-UA, OPC-DA,orModbus.
Experience with Python
Familiarity with CD/CI pipelines, Git,Jenkins, Jira, and Confluence
