Prepares Flexdrive vehicles for Lyft drivers, including fueling, cleaning, and telematics.
Manages vehicle lot organization, transportation, and daily rental ops.
Flags issues to the Operations Lead and partners.
Builds trust and collaborates to reach team goals.
Represents Lyft brand as a service ambassador.

🎯 Requirements

1+ year of in-person customer service (retail, tech support, or hospitality)
Familiarity with the Pittsburgh area
Impeccable customer service and problem-solving skills
Excellent, clear verbal and written communication skills
Patience, problem-solving, de-escalation, teamwork, and self-governance
Team Player Mentality: there is no “I” in TEAM
