- Collaborate with Deployment Operations Technicians and provide hardware feedback to the hardware team.
- Travel is a component of this job and may require overnight stays.
🎯 Requirements
- Knowledge of Wi-Fi setups and router configurations.
- Experience with Slack, Google Sheets, and email.
- Troubleshoot and resolve intermittent problems; assist software support.
- Lift up to 40 kg; retail environment.
- Access to a vehicle and willingness to travel within the United States.
- Comfortable using battery-powered tools.
