Shape Codex usage across product, infra, and model behavior for reliability.
Build RBAC, admin/audit, usage metering, pricing controls, analytics.
Design secure, observable full-stack Codex systems with SSO/OIDC.
Lead deployments with customers and GTM to roll Codex out across teams.
Collaborate with design-partner customers to surface opportunities and requirements.

🎯 Requirements

Strong software engineering fundamentals; production-ready systems, speed, and UX.
Proficient in Python, Go, or Rust; distributed systems; reliability, observability, security.
Experience building cross-cutting platform capabilities across services and APIs.
Identity/access: SAML/OIDC, SCIM, RBAC, audit/logging, policy enforcement.
Develop developer tools/workflows: CLI/IDE/SDK, automation, triggers.
Customer-facing experience; translate messy requirements into scalable implementations.
