We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Revenue Operations Analytics Manager to join our team and take ownership of our data analysis and reporting efforts. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented professional with a passion for transforming complex data sets into actionable insights.

Reporting to the Director of Strategy & Analytics, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, marketing, operations, and finance, to provide strategic recommendations and drive data-related initiatives. Your expertise in data analytics and data visualization will contribute to the success of our business and help us make data-driven decisions.

You can work remotely from anywhere in the U.S. or at Olo’s headquarters in NYC.

What You'll Do

Participate in Olo’s data architecture and governance efforts

Create & maintain single source of truth for enterprise data dictionary

Become subject matter expert in end to end enterprise data flow

Lead data council meetings while keeping accurate agenda, notes and action items from meetings

Provide cross functional Program management support for data changes across different systems

Collaborate with stakeholders to define business requirements and develop effective data-driven solutions to address them

Design, implement, and maintain data models, dashboards, and reports to track and monitor key business metrics

Identify and analyze data quality issues, and implement solutions to ensure accurate and reliable data

Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and best practices in data analytics, and proactively share knowledge and insights with the team

What We'll Expect From You

6+ years of proven experience as a Data Analyst , systems analyst, or similar role, preferably in a b2b SaaS environment

Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field such as Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative discipline

Extensive Experience with Salesforce is required

6+ years of SQL experience

Strong knowledge of databases and experience in querying and working with large datasets

Proficiency in data visualization tools like Tableau, Looker, or similar platforms

Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and distill actionable insights

Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively present complex findings and recommendations to non-technical stakeholders

Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team

Nice to Have

Experience with data dictionary tools like Collibra

Experience with ETL tools like FiveTran
