Occupational Therapist, (OT) - Home Health

📋 Description

• Make home visits to clients in designated territories.
• Evaluate functional status, including muscle function, endurance, and ADL/IADL.
• Assess cognitive, psychological, and motor aspects; develop intervention plans.
• Evaluate home environments for hazards to independence.
• Identify equipment needs and environmental adaptations.
• Document observations and interventions with a touch pad tablet.

🎯 Requirements

• A current NC Occupational Therapist license.
• A minimum of one year of recent OT experience.
• Graduation from an OT program accredited by AMA/AOTA.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Solid computer skills; EMR experience preferred.
