🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred (Telecommunications/Communications/Business or related).
- 2+ years in VoIP with LNP knowledge and strong customer service.
- Leadership experience: proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Excellent communication; proficient in MS Office and Google Workspace.
- Flexible, adaptable, highly organized, and self-motivated.
