- Knowledge: 2+ years in VoIP with LNP knowledge and strong customer service.
- Skills: Excellent communication; MS Office and Google Workspace; problem solving in fast-paced settings.
- Traits: Flexible, adaptable, and customer-focused; highly organized and self-motivated.
