Noodle is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist (Web Dev / CRO) to improve performance of our websites and creative. We know digital marketing is both art and science, and you’ll have plenty of opportunity to learn and apply scientific principles to creative and web design.
You bring web design and development skills coupled with experience managing CRO testing programs. You know every test can be successful -- so long as we can learn from both the successes and shortcomings. Ideal candidates exhibit strong math and analytics skills, comfort with a dynamic, fast-paced environment, and the desire to push boundaries.
