📋 Description

• AI product strategy: Define AI vision and strategy using learner-data.
• Roadmap development: Create and maintain AI product roadmap.
• Research and analysis: Identify trends, needs, and AI adoption.
• Requirements and specs: Translate needs into user stories and criteria.
• Agent design: Design agents, prompts, tools, data connectors.
• Cross-functional collaboration with product, eng, data, design, service.
• Technical acumen: Understand AI capabilities and model options.
• Data-driven decisions: Define metrics and KPIs; use data to steer product.
• Go-to-market: Partner with marketing, sales, operations.
• Risk management: Mitigate ethics, privacy, bias risks.
• Additional duties as assigned.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years AI product experience.
• Proven track record launching AI products.
• AI lifecycle knowledge: data collection, training, deployment, monitoring.
• Experience with AI tech applications in real-world products.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical, data-driven PM.
• Working knowledge of Google Workspace.
• Ability to work in a dynamic, team-based environment.
