🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, Engineering, or equivalent
- 6+ years in network/service operations; 3+ years in leadership
- ITIL or equivalent service management; incident, change, and problem management; monitoring
- Proven leadership; strong analytical, communication, and planning skills
