  • Participate in pre/post-sales SandcastleCX engagements; gather requirements and design docs.
  • Define and aid with acquisition of tech stacks for SandcastleCX engagements.
  • Coordinate and plan customer enablement sessions with platform demos.
  • Identify cross-sell/up-sell opportunities with clients.
  • Build and prove key use cases with customers.
  • Travel up to 30% for customer/partner meetings.

🎯 Requirements

  • 10+ years in technical pre-sales, solutions engineering, or contact center consulting.
  • Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering or related field (or equivalent).
  • 5+ years in NICE CXone and UC environments.
  • CXone ACD/IVR, DFO, QM, CXone WFM, Cognigy certified (preferred).
  • Experience with telco/contact center platforms (Genesys, Avaya, Cisco, Five9).
  • CRM integrations (Salesforce, ServiceNow, Microsoft Dynamics).
