  • Teach and evangelize quality assurance principles to our developers
  • Optimize performance of projects using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques
  • Excellent cross-functional communication and influencing skills; championing QA as the primary quality contact between 3rd party, external services, and central Netflix QA.
  • Inspire, develop, lead and coach QA team members to individual and team excellence
  • Lead the charge in hiring superstar talent for Next Games and Moonloot Games QA teams
  • Work closely with game leads and other disciplines at both NextGames and Moonloot to ensure our ways of working, processes and development culture enable making great quality games.

  • Establish KPIs to evaluate testing efforts, and vendor quality, implementing changes as necessary
  • Review, update, create and enhance QA processes for Next Games and Moonloot teams that align with the output needed for the respective studios
  • Conduct requirements gathering, and risk identification; reporting on all associated risks
  • Drive all test development activities; estimation, planning, execution, reporting, closure
  • Requirements:

  • Passion for games with a commitment to quality
  • 10+ years of industry experience in QA
  • Minimum 3 years experience hands-on testing in the gaming industry
  • Minimum 4 years of experience leading QA professionals

  • Technical requirements testing experience
  • Exceptional iOS/Android testing experience
  • Demonstrated experience in test planning for complex features/systems

  • Track record of leading people and teams. You have an understanding of developer motivations and aspirations and you enjoy leading people. You have coached and managed people and teams in the past. You are capable of choosing the right level of involvement, and move between the required modes as needed
