THE ROLE

Under the guidance of the Global Procurement team, the role will be operating the global business spend management tool and supporting the users with their most common needs regarding the procurement process, policies, and supplier relationships. This person will be focused on Logistics spend and will create and manage contracts for those commodities, participating in negotiations and helping to improve the procurement reach and impact within the companies of the group.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Support the users in solving procurement process and policy doubts;

Follow up the Procurement process of the Logistics commodities

Support on Logistics negotiations with suppliers

Contract management of all Logistics contracts

Update KPIs and create action plans to achieve and improve them;

Improve service levels within Procurement

WHO YOU ARE

BA/BS degree in engineering, business, or related field

Willingness to work with Procurement and Logistics

Fluence in English, written and oral

Strong interpersonal skills, including written and oral communication skills

Ability to work with multiple stakeholders

Track record of managing deliverables from multiple parties to meet challenging deadlines

Structured and results-oriented person

Experience with Coupa or Jira will be a plus
