Netflix is recruiting for an HR Business Partner Manager who will partner closely with several leaders and teams within our LATAM region (Mexico, Argentina, Colombia, and Brazil). It’s important to note that the type of hiring for this role is temporal/fixed to 8 months, as it covers a leave of absence.
The focus of this role is to efficiently partner with the business, implement talent priorities at scale and across the region, coach employees at all levels and influence to enable our teams to accomplish amazing things. What you will do:
This team requires an HR partner who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for scaling leaders. You will contribute to and support the delivery of a cohesive talent strategy and vision for the region, continuing to iterate and evolve our talent practices over time. The Netflix HRBP role is unique in the sense that you’ll be responsible for advising decisions on organization design, compensation, employee development, talent density, inclusion, and much more.
In this role, leading, demonstrating, redefining, and modeling the Netflix culture is a top priority. They will be role models of our culture, valuing diversity of opinions and people, and will coach leaders to become more competent, compassionate, conscious, and courageous in these efforts. In addition to coaching and development of leaders and their incoming teams, this individual will need to have the ability to influence across the business as well as with cross-functional talent partners. A heightened awareness of the needs of the business will ultimately lead to better partnership and execution of large-scale initiatives.
