📋 Description

  • Develop a strategic territory plan targeting NYC banking institutions to build pipeline.
  • Deliver demos and proposals that show business value for complex financial ecosystems.
  • Position Neo4j as best fit against legacy databases for NYC customers.
  • Lead complex sales cycles with Land & Expand to grow banking accounts.
  • Manage the full sales process from prospecting to closing; secure logos.

🎯 Requirements

  • 7+ years in enterprise software sales with a track record in Financial Services.
  • Experience managing complex sales in NYC enterprise markets: Data Warehousing, AI/ML, or Fraud/Risk.
  • Proven ability to build relationships with C-level stakeholders at major banks.
  • Deep understanding of commercial open-source models, including on-premise and secure cloud/SaaS.
  • Craft and execute sales strategies for Banking and Securities with partner/Go-to-Market knowledge.
  • Strong presentation, communication, and organizational skills; building champions.
