Objective:

We are looking for ServiceNow Developers to join our growing team. Candidates will be responsible for leading the ServiceNow development team, ensuring successful implementation and support of ServiceNow solutions for our customers. This hands on, multi-faceted role involves direct interaction with customers, overseeing and working on project implementations, mentoring junior team members, and reporting on key performance indicators and success factors. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in both ServiceNow development and team leadership. Ideal candidates for this position are self-motivated, creative problem-solvers who can adapt to new technologies and evolving customer requirements. Candidates must have excellent communication and presentation skills.

Requirements:

●Minimum 5 years of ServiceNow development, configuration, and administration experience

●Minimum of 5 years of experience in leading a technical team.

●Strong understanding of ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and CSM.

●Experience developing on the ServiceNow platform, including the creation and/or customization of the core applications such as Incident, Problem, Change, Service Requests, etc.

●Experience administering a ServiceNow instance including the group and user maintenance, ACL, UI Actions, Catalog Items, etc.

●Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web technologies.

●Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

●Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

●Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

●Excellent knowledge of ServiceNow Best Practices and ongoing knowledge of latest ServiceNow features

●Excellent analytical and problem solving skills to resolve technical issues

●Strong knowledge of the ServiceNow data model and relationships

●Strong knowledge of ITIL processes

Preferred Skills:

5+ years of experience in:

●Prior experience in a leadership role within a multinational organization.

●Experience with Agile/Scrum methodology, with participation in the full software development life cycle: Analysis, Design, Coding, Testing and promotion into Production

●Experience with Performance Analytics

●All modules, specifically Service, Change, Reports, CMDB, Problems, and Knowledge Base

●Developing and using orchestration and automation workflow

●Designing and developing SOAP and RESTful web services.

●ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist and/or ServiceNow Certified Application Developer.

●Experience with integration tools and techniques such as SOAP, REST, and APIs.

●Knowledge of ITIL practices and certifications.

●Experience in handling large-scale ServiceNow deployments.

●Understanding of data security and privacy practices relevant to ServiceNow.

Job Responsibilities:

●Lead and manage the ServiceNow development team, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality delivery.

●Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

●Oversee the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions, ensuring they meet business needs.

●Monitor system performance and implement improvements to optimize functionality and user experience.

●Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices, governance, and compliance standards.

●Provide training and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of learning and growth.

●Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure timely and within-budget delivery.

●Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders, providing regular updates and managing expectations.

●Report on key performance indicators and success factors for the team, ensuring continuous improvement and alignment with business objectives.

●Manage customer relationships, ensuring satisfaction and successful project outcomes.

●Support the professional development of junior consultants, providing coaching and career guidance.

●Collaborate with business, systems, and Technology partners in business analysis meetings to develop business and systems requirements.

●Solution and develop requested enhancements to existing ServiceNow applications.

●Script Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, ACLs, Workflow Activities, etc.
