📋 Description

• Design, implement, and manage training for the Patient Services team.
• Identify training gaps and develop programs with cross-functional teams.
• Deliver onboarding, policy updates, and role-specific development.
• Use methods like e-learning, workshops, coaching, simulations.
• Track completion, measure impact, ensure quality and compliance.
• Develop SOPs and training documentation; report on KPIs.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in education or related field preferred.
• Bilingual: English and Spanish.
• 3+ years leading training programs.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Strong writing and training documentation skills.
• Familiar with mentoring, coaching, e-learning, and workshops.
