  • Maintain campaign documentation, briefs, and status updates.
  • Coordinate video case studies from intake to production, launch and activation.
  • Collaborate with agencies and internal teams to activate assets across channels.

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • 2-3+ years in marketing coordination, campaign management, or marketing operations.
  • PMP certification preferred.
  • Experience managing video, content, or customer storytelling initiatives is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills; multitask effectively.
  • Experience with Google Analytics, Eloqua, Salesforce, and Power BI.
  • Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets; strong communication and stakeholder management.
