🎯 Requirements

  • 4+ years’ account management in customer service, call/contact center, or service delivery.
  • Working technical knowledge of contact center software/design/functionality.
  • Experience managing the business aspects of large enterprise customers.
  • Willingness to travel 20-40% of the time.
