Operate on rotating schedules.
Perform startup, engagement, and shutdown for development vehicles.
Monitor and troubleshoot software and hardware systems on the road.
Execute testing following strict safety and compliance protocols.
Maintain detailed reports on vehicle performance; provide feedback to engineers.

🎯 Requirements

High School Diploma or GED; two years of experience; an associate/bachelor preferred.
Valid driver's license and able to meet Latitude's MVR requirements.
Able to pass ten-panel drug screen and background checks.
Comfortable with long hours driving and working in close quarters.
Strong interest in technology and quick adaptation to changes.
Technical proficiency with computers; troubleshoot software/hardware.
