📋 Description

• Operate Latitude Test Vehicle independently or as part of a team.
• Maintain knowledge of in-vehicle software hardware and systems.
• Create robust safety mechanisms and protocols for safety and compliance.
• Serve as primary liaison with engineering and cross-team collaborators.
• Lead process improvements to maximize resources and reduce costs.
• Direct day-to-day operations with minimal external guidance.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 2+ years experience; or AA with 4+; or HS/GED with 6+.
• Valid driver's license; meet Latitude's MVR checks.
• Vehicle safety screening including drug and background checks.
• Willingness to drive extended periods.
• Adaptable to changing priorities and operational challenges.
• Experience in safety-focused work with software testing emphasis.
