🎯 Requirements
- About 1 year of experience in customer support, partner ops, or merchant services.
- Strong communication; comfortable engaging merchants via phone, email and more.
- Detail-oriented; able to manage multiple merchant accounts and tasks.
- Comfortable using data to identify trends and prioritize outreach.
- Fluent written and spoken English and the local language.
- Collaborate effectively across multiple internal teams.
