- Support day-to-day ops and integrations across marketing platforms with Marketo and Salesforce

- Maintain and optimize operational docs: playbooks, QA checklists, intake forms, integration logs
- Monitor lead capture and data sync performance; triage sync issues
- Assist platform testing and QA on forms, registration flows, lead flow, and campaigns
π― Requirements
- 1β3 years of experience in marketing operations, event technology, or related coordination
- Proven marketing automation experience (2+ yrs) with Marketo
- Familiarity with Marketo, Salesforce, and tools like Cvent, Splash, ON24, or Zoom
- Strong attention to detail; experience handling structured data and marketing workflows
- Effective communication and a collaborative mindset coordinating across teams
- Eagerness to learn and grow in the marketing tech space with integration and automation
