📋 Description

  • Build, measure, optimize, and scale Marketo Engage and SFDC programs.
  • Develop and maintain marketing campaigns; measure impact on pipeline.
  • Collaborate with Demand Gen, ABX, and Customer Marketing using data-driven approaches.
  • Support Marketing Automation to run, operate, debug, and analyze Marketo programs; support integrations with Marketo.
  • Establish scalable campaign processes to ensure best practices.
  • Analyze marketing and sales data to derive optimization insights.

🎯 Requirements

  • 2-4 years in Marketing Operations/GTM Ops and campaign management.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, computer science, or related field.
  • 2-3 years of Marketo experience (building and managing campaigns); Marketo Certification preferred.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce (SFDC) and understanding of Salesforce architecture.
  • Experience with iPaaS tools like Workato, Zapier, and n8n; knowledge of APIs and Webhooks.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
