  • Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager: setup, targeting, rotation, diagnostics.
  • Familiarity with CAC, ROAS, and trial-to-paid conversion.
  • Analytical mindset; able to interpret data and explain changes clearly.
  • Experience with A/B testing and structured experimentation.
  • Strong attention to detail and solid project management.
