📋 Description

  • Partner with the CGO to execute Fieldtrip’s brand and growth strategy.
  • Ensure Fieldtrip shows up consistently across all marketing channels.
  • Support inbound demand by reinforcing Fieldtrip’s positioning with CMOs.
  • Maintain and evolve Fieldtrip core marketing assets.
  • Contribute to employer brand and culture visibility.

🎯 Requirements

  • 3+ years in UGC, paid social, or influencer marketing; end-to-end campaigns.
  • Experience managing freelancers or external creators; coordinating multi-channel content.
  • Strong judgment and taste in creative and brand storytelling.
  • Experience creating content for B2B or senior audiences (CMOs, executives) a plus.
  • Excellent project management and communication skills, with execution focus.
