🎯 Requirements
- 3+ years in UGC, paid social, or influencer marketing; end-to-end campaigns.
- Experience managing freelancers or external creators; coordinating multi-channel content.
- Strong judgment and taste in creative and brand storytelling.
- Experience creating content for B2B or senior audiences (CMOs, executives) a plus.
- Excellent project management and communication skills, with execution focus.
