WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR 🌟

We are seeking a Growth Marketing Manager, Global Campaigns to join our team. You will play a pivotal role in managing marketing initiatives across international markets, ensuring that each campaign not only reaches but also resonates with our diverse global audience. If you're driven by data, obsessed with optimization, and passionate about crafting compelling marketing strategies, we want you on our team!

WHAT YOU'LL DO 🚀

• Oversee marketing campaigns from conception to execution, ensuring they align with business objectives and target the right audience segments. Campaigns to support evergreen performance initiatives, product launches/upgrades, multi-channel brand campaigns, and more.
• Analyze performance data to assess campaign effectiveness, identify trends, and derive insights for optimization.
• Test different marketing tactics to identify what works best, adjusting strategies accordingly.
• Work closely with product/UX and customer success departments to ensure marketing efforts align with product updates, revenue goals, and customer needs.
• Collaborate with brand, creative, and content teams to develop compelling advertising materials and ensure brand consistency.
• Leverage customer data and market research to gain insights into consumer behavior and preferences.
• Utilize marketing automation tools for personalized communication, lead nurturing, and improved campaign efficiency.
• Create regular reports to update stakeholders on the progress and impact of marketing campaigns.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING 💥

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven track record in growth marketing, with a flair for creativity and data-driven strategies.
• Robust analytical skills and a knack for interpreting substantial amounts of data and turning them into growth opportunities.
• Some experience assisting in the crafting of marketing messages for localized markets would be nice, but not a requirement
• Experience with the latest in marketing automation and CRM technologies.
• Strong project management and interpersonal skills.
• Adaptable, proactive, and ready to take on the fast-paced challenges of a growing tech environment.
