Oversee QC for camera, LiDAR, sensor pod, and compute lines.
Lead and supervise Quality staff; ensure standards and procedures.
Analyze KPI data; drive improvements; provide technical guidance.
Data Steward for Manufacturing Quality on serialized production.
Collaborate with Ops, Logistics, SQ, Eng, and Manufacturing to ensure ERP accuracy.
Partner with Manufacturing System Data to resolve ERP show stoppers and improve processes.

🎯 Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent; STEM degree preferred.
5+ years QA in serialized production of complex electro-mechanical assemblies.
3+ years managing employees (FT or contract).
Super user in quality tools; proficient in SAP/Oracle ERP and MS Office/Google Suite.
Strong leadership, organizational and communication skills.
Analytical and problem-solving abilities; able to meet tight deadlines.
Bonus: Experience with LiDAR or camera sensing and assembly/testing.
Bonus: Knowledge of ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO 13485.
