Manufacturing Engineer

📋 Description

• Create and maintain manufacturing process plans and floor work instructions.
• Develop and execute a roadmap to streamline production with new tooling.
• Manage BOMs within ERP and coordinate changes with design engineering.
• Develop and validate manufacturing processes, tooling, and layout for spacecraft builds.
• Coordinate across functions to solve technical and production problems.
• Provide floor support for assembly and test of space hardware.

🎯 Requirements

• At least 5 years of aerospace manufacturing experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Ability to read engineering docs (schematics, drawings, CAD models, wire lists).
• Experience with electronics manufacturing: soldering, polymerics, harnessing.
• Experience managing BOMs, routers, and work orders in an ERP system.
• Excellent problem solving and communication skills (written and oral).
