- Define UAE market strategy for traditional-industry clients and long enterprise cycles.
- Own full UAE P&L, including revenue, costs, and profitability targets.
- Accelerate growth via relationships with banks, telcos, utilities, BNPLs, and regulators.
- Be the senior enterprise face in UAE, building trust with C-level leaders, regulators, and partners.
- Lead a high-quality pipeline beyond ADCB through networks and relationship selling.
- Oversee activation and performance of ADCB as anchor client, ensuring delivery and compliance.
๐ฏ Requirements
- 10+ years in leadership in collections, financial services, BNPL, telco credit, or enterprise B2B in the UAE.
- Proven success selling and delivering enterprise services to banks, telcos, or regulated institutions; strong UAE network across credit, collections, risk, and ops.
- Experience owning a P&L, managing teams, in fast-moving, high-accountability environments.
- Ability to navigate enterprise sales cycles, regulatory requirements, procurement processes, and multi-stakeholder negotiations.
- Deep understanding of UAE credit operations, collections, compliance, and market norms.
- English fluency; Arabic strongly preferred.
