🎯 Requirements

  • 5-7+ years in advertising sales, preferably video/TV or digital.
  • 1-3+ years managing Account Executives.
  • Track record closing large, complex ad deals with advertisers and agencies.
  • Experience in a digital start-up environment; able to thrive under pressure.
  • Prior management experience preferred.
  • Ideally NYC, with Santa Monica or Chicago options.
