  • Write the sales playbook for a new, fast growing Figma Weave business
  • Lead and coach AE team to meet or exceed pipeline and revenue targets
  • Interview, hire, onboard, and develop AE talent as the team scales
  • Join key customer/executive meetings to coach on discovery and value-selling
  • Drive rigorous account planning with multi-threading at senior levels
  • Partner with SE, Product Marketing, and Customer Success to accelerate deals

🎯 Requirements

  • 7+ years SaaS sales with complex Mid-Market/Enterprise deals
  • 2+ years sales management leading teams to exceed targets
  • Experience coaching teams selling to executives across Engineering, Product, Design
  • Proven ability to contribute to deal strategy while leading the team
  • Structured sales methodology (MEDDIC/Command of the Message) and value-focused discovery/qualification
  • Proven track record of executive relationships and expansion across a book
