π― Requirements
- 2+ years quota-carrying sales as an individual contributor, exceeding goals
- 2+ years building and leading sales development teams, exceeding goals
- Success in fast-paced GTM environments, ideally SaaS, with outbound quota
- Experience selling into enterprise accounts with complex, long cycles
- Proficiency in Salesforce, Looker, Excel; familiarity with email and call automation
- Ability to leverage data to drive decisions and improve efficiency
