  • Build and scale the enterprise SDR function with plays and processes
  • Oversee daily SDR activities and quota attainment to meet metrics
  • Hire and train SDRs on Ramp's product, buyer personas, competition, and tools
  • Develop leadership plans for direct reports; daily 1:1 mentoring and coaching
  • Coach SDRs on complex enterprise outbound, including account research
  • Align with enterprise AEs and marketing on pipeline and prospecting initiatives

🎯 Requirements

  • 2+ years quota-carrying sales as an individual contributor, exceeding goals
  • 2+ years building and leading sales development teams, exceeding goals
  • Success in fast-paced GTM environments, ideally SaaS, with outbound quota
  • Experience selling into enterprise accounts with complex, long cycles
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, Looker, Excel; familiarity with email and call automation
  • Ability to leverage data to drive decisions and improve efficiency
