📋 Description

  • Manage and develop a team of up to 12 SDRs to generate pipelines.
  • Set daily/weekly/monthly activity and conversion standards; drive accountability.
  • Coach SDRs on talk tracks, objection handling, and multi-threading.
  • Prioritize target accounts; balance inbound/outbound; align with AE/AAE.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to connect demand gen with SDR plays.
  • Partner with Sales Directors and AEs to confirm target lists and pipeline expectations.

🎯 Requirements

  • 3-5 years sales experience; 1-3 years as sales development manager preferred.
  • Strong understanding of the sales process.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
