Manager, Project Management Office (PMO) – Professional Services

📋 Description

• Lead and manage project managers and PS solutions consultants delivering services to MaintainX's enterprise clients.
• Improve PMO processes, templates, and tools for consistent project execution.
• Ensure on-time, on-scope delivery with quality and client satisfaction.
• Partner with Sales, Solutions and Delivery on scoping, resourcing, and pre-sales planning.
• Monitor portfolio performance and report utilization, profitability, risks.
• Foster client relationships and escalate complex or at-risk projects.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's in Engineering or related field (Master's preferred).
• 7+ years in project/program management in professional services/consulting.
• 3+ years in PMO leadership or people management.
• PMP/PRINCE2 or similar; Agile (CSM/SAFe) a plus.
• Experience with PSA tools such as Mavenlink, FinancialForce, or NetSuite OpenAir.
