  • Serve as the operational lead across post-sale podcast activations from IO to delivery.
  • Coordinate with Ad Ops, Finance, and Show Editorial to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Serve as a primary post-sale contact for podcast partners to ensure great experiences.
  • Build and maintain strong partner relationships based on trust, responsiveness, and clear communication.
  • Develop, document, and improve standardized SOPs for campaign management.

🎯 Requirements

  • 3-5 years in media operations, campaign management, or advertising operations.
  • Deep knowledge of podcast and digital video advertising and measurement.
  • Ability to build processes and systems from the ground up in fast-moving environments.
  • Exceptional organizational skills; you know what is happening and why.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication with internal and external partners.
  • Experience with tools like Asana, Airtable, and data reporting.
  • Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset; you solve problems before they surface.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and workstreams with high accuracy.
