๐ฏ Requirements
- 7+ years of progressive HR experience with US focus
- Experience in a SMB SaaS/tech company
- Hands-on US benefits administration incl open enrolment
- HRIS experience: Workday, BambooHR, SAP SuccessFactors, Rippling
- Strong knowledge of US federal/state employment law
- Experience with US immigration: H-1B, OPT, green card, I-9
