  • Draft, review and manage AMER employment contracts, offers, amendments, and separations
  • Ensure US employment docs comply with federal and state law
  • Partner with legal counsel on complex employment arrangements
  • Own end-to-end US benefits administration (health, dental, vision, 401(k), wellness)
  • Manage open enrollment, vendor relations and benefits queries
  • Ensure benefits programs are competitive, compliant and clearly communicated

  • 7+ years of progressive HR experience with US focus
  • Experience in a SMB SaaS/tech company
  • Hands-on US benefits administration incl open enrolment
  • HRIS experience: Workday, BambooHR, SAP SuccessFactors, Rippling
  • Strong knowledge of US federal/state employment law
  • Experience with US immigration: H-1B, OPT, green card, I-9
