  • Lead cross-functional revenue initiatives from concept to deployment and results.

  • Dive into sales data (Salesforce, AI, and tools) to report pipeline health and gaps.
  • Gather qualitative and quantitative feedback from calls and seller interviews to explain the why behind the data.
  • Own end-to-end lifecycle of initiatives; drive adoption and measurable impact; monitor and iterate.

  • 5+ years in Revenue Operations or related GTM strategy in B2B SaaS.
  • Expert Salesforce reporting/analysis with strong BI experience.
  • AI use cases for RevOps and field teams; embedded AI and conversational AI.
  • Familiarity with GTM tech stack: Salesloft, ZoomInfo, compensation tools, Snowflake.
  • Strong business acumen; identify KPIs to drive revenue growth.
  • Experience leading cross-functional projects and enabling sales teams to drive results.
