  • Lead a globally distributed Marketing Automation team with an on-site lead.
  • Set clear performance, quality, and delivery expectations; hold team accountable.
  • Build onboarding and role-specific training for quick, quality output.
  • Partner with the site lead to manage day-to-day ops, escalations, and staffing across time zones.
  • Own the COE operating model: intake, prioritization, SLAs, handoffs, escalations.
  • Assign work via PMO system based on bandwidth, expertise, and urgency.

🎯 Requirements

  • 8+ years in marketing ops/automation in a B2B SaaS environment; 2+ years leading a team.
  • Expert Marketo knowledge: program architecture, smart lists, lead scoring, tokens; MCE preferred.
  • Strong Salesforce CRM knowledge: campaigns, leads, reporting.
  • Proven ability to build scalable marketing ops infrastructure.
  • Exceptional attention to detail; build QA checks to prevent errors.
  • Familiar with Zoom Events, Salesloft, or similar tools.
  • Direct, clear communicator; push back and uphold quality and process.
  • HTML/CSS knowledge to troubleshoot/edit emails and landing pages.
