🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years experience in event operations, experiential marketing, or complex project management
- Proven success managing large-scale, high-visibility events with multiple stakeholders
- Strong timeline, logistics, budgeting, and cross-functional collaboration
- Advanced proficiency in spreadsheets, presentations, and process tools
- Exceptional problem-solving skills; calm, resourceful, and solutions-oriented under pressure
- Data-driven; track event performance and translate insights into action
