- 3-5 years hands-on growth marketing, demand gen, or performance marketing in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Proven experience executing campaigns that contribute to inbound pipeline.
- Hands-on SEO/SEM and paid social (LinkedIn) with conversion funnels.
- Experience with account-based marketing (ABM) programs.
- Strong analytical skills; comfortable measuring performance beyond vanity metrics.
- Experience with marketing automation and CRMs (Salesforce or Pardot).
