🎯 Requirements
- 8+ years in transportation/automotive industry; experience in automotive-focused engineering or research labs (Dyno, Battery, etc.).
- 5+ years managing teams of 10+ across multiple projects.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and operational skills.
- Experience with test equipment and methods in NVH, vehicle dynamics, thermal, strength, and durability; ADAS/EV experience bonus.
- Excellent communication; comfortable engaging with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Ability to travel locally and nationally (40% or more).
