Manage a team of firmware, software and systems engineers across vehicle compute platforms.
Oversee full lifecycle from feasibility to rollout and ongoing support.
Collaborate with hardware, electrical, power, safety, firmware, and autonomy teams.
Work with external automotive providers to select appropriate solutions.
Represent Software Platforms on internal technical and product boards.

🎯 Requirements

10+ years of engineering experience, with 5+ years in management.
Hands-on firmware engineering: design, bring-up, deployment, and support.
Automotive or safety-critical software/firmware incl. ISO 26262; HARA and FMEA.
C and C++ development experience.
Bonus: designing complex multi-ECU systems with networking and time sync.
