- Ensure timely F&F payouts and professional, employee-friendly offboarding.
๐ฏ Requirements
- Graduate or Postgraduate degree in HR, Commerce, Law, or related.
- 9 to 12 years in HR operations, exit management, or compliance.
- Strong knowledge of Indian labour laws, gratuity and leave encashment.
- Experience handling high-volume exits and complex final settlements.
- Proficiency with HRMS/HR tools for exit management and MIS.
- Attention to detail, confidentiality and cross-functional coordination.
