  • Manage end-to-end offboarding for resignations, terminations and retirements.
  • Handle full-and-final settlements, exit clearances, and final docs.
  • Process high-volume monthly exits with timely settlements.
  • Coordinate with Payroll, Finance, IT and HRBPs for assets and access revocation.
  • Prepare exit-related documents and maintain exit MIS with analytics.
  • Ensure timely F&F payouts and professional, employee-friendly offboarding.

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • Graduate or Postgraduate degree in HR, Commerce, Law, or related.
  • 9 to 12 years in HR operations, exit management, or compliance.
  • Strong knowledge of Indian labour laws, gratuity and leave encashment.
  • Experience handling high-volume exits and complex final settlements.
  • Proficiency with HRMS/HR tools for exit management and MIS.
  • Attention to detail, confidentiality and cross-functional coordination.
