📋 Description

🎯 Requirements

  • 2+ years leading a BDR team of 5+ reps.
  • 3+ years in outbound sales or BDR roles.
  • A builder who coaches for performance and growth.
  • Strong commercial instincts and enterprise sales sense.
  • Data-driven with robust reporting and metrics decisions.
  • Proficient with Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Gong.
