🎯 Requirements
- 7+ years in data architecture/engineering with ETL/BI experience.
- 3+ years leading data teams (analysts/architects/engineers).
- Relational data modeling and multiple source systems (FSM/ERP/CRM).
- Proven data migrations leading SaaS/enterprise programs.
- Excellent communication and documentation for non-technical stakeholders.
- Systems-thinking with scalable, repeatable data patterns.
