📋 Description

  • Build and run MaintainX's pipeline.
  • Hire, ramp, and develop BDRs in Montréal and Raleigh.
  • Own the outbound playbook: ICP, messaging, sequences, and tech stack.
  • Create development plans for each rep with a clear path to AE or leadership.
  • Partner with Sales and Marketing to align on pipeline handoffs, ICP evolution, and campaigns.
  • 12 months: team ramped, pipeline predictable; reps know their path forward.

🎯 Requirements

  • 1–3 years leading a BDR/SDR team at a SaaS/tech company.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed team targets.
  • Repeatable process to hire A-level BDRs.
  • Able to coach rep behavior to improve output.
  • Cross-functional alignment with Marketing and Sales Ops.
  • Comfortable building a playbook where little exists.
