🎯 Requirements
- 1–3 years leading a BDR/SDR team at a SaaS/tech company.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed team targets.
- Repeatable process to hire A-level BDRs.
- Able to coach rep behavior to improve output.
- Cross-functional alignment with Marketing and Sales Ops.
- Comfortable building a playbook where little exists.
