Proactively manage Test Operations to mitigate testing disruption.
Provide backup support for VO scheduling and vehicle dispatching.
Develop and execute 6-12 month operational plans.
Propose and implement process improvements while maintaining safety standards.
Conduct weekly performance check-ins with Supervisors.

🎯 Requirements

3+ years of progressive management experience.
2+ years in AV industry or technical operations management.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and G-Suite.
Strong time management and organizational skills.
Must possess a valid in-state driver's license.
Travel domestically up to 10%.
