  • Execute the annual Advertising Business Marketing Strategy for Spain including paid, owned & earned marketing campaigns to drive in-market demand.
  • Identify in-market opportunities and develop scalable programs to educate and inspire around Spotify Advertising, supporting the Spanish sales team.
  • Partner with local trade events and industry associations to grow Spotify's presence via sponsorship and attendance.
  • Own adaptation and localisation of sales materials, ensuring narratives align with global story and are culturally relevant for Spain.
  • Support rollout of key B2B initiatives in France, collaborating with the France Marketing Manager for timely execution.
  • Support activity tracking and reporting, highlighting learnings and ensuring budget alignment.

🎯 Requirements

  • BA or equivalent in Marketing; 7+ years in digital media, B2B ad marketing
  • Strong knowledge of the Spanish ad/media landscape; experience marketing to brands/agencies
  • Demonstrated experience partnering with Sales; build internal relationships to meet objectives
  • Lead complex, multi-channel marketing programs (content, digital, live events)
  • Autonomous contributor; own strategy/execution; cross-functional collaboration
  • Fluent in Spanish and English; French a plus
